In today’s digital and social media era, we are surrounded by screens on all sides and because of these screens all around us, our sleep gets disturbed a lot and this has a lot of effect on our body. Working on laptops or tablets: Using screens for work at night can not only affect melatonin production but also increase stress levels, making it harder to unwind.

Here are some steps to reduce this effect and improve your health:
Limit screen time before bed
You need to reduce the time you spend watching screens. If you know this, at least turn off the screen or stop using screens and go to bed to read, book and do some exercises to keep your health healthy.

Use blue light blocking glasses: If you have to use screens at night, wear blue light blocking glasses. These glasses will keep the blue light from affecting your eyes and will reduce the effect on your health.
Keep screens out of the bedroom: Try to create a screen-free space in your bedroom. This helps signal to your brain that it’s time to relax and prepare for sleep.
